Agreement
By creating an account or using the platform, the spa business agrees to these terms. The person signing up confirms they are authorised to accept them on the business's behalf.
The service
The platform provides a live scheduling calendar, idle-time detection and filler suggestions, rebooking reminders, inventory tracking, therapist performance views and client profiles. Features available depend on the plan chosen.
Suggestions and forecasts are generated from the data the spa provides. They support decisions and do not replace the spa's own judgement.
Accounts and access
- Login credentials are sent to the email provided at signup and must be kept confidential.
- Each team member should use their own login.
- The account owner is responsible for the roles and permissions given to team members.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Spa responsibilities
- Obtain and record client consent before enabling outreach on any channel.
- Review and approve message templates before they are used.
- Keep services, recipes, rooms and staff details accurate so scheduling and forecasts work well.
- Use the platform lawfully, including applicable data protection and marketing rules.
Automation and approvals
Automated gap filling and outreach run only within the rules the spa sets. The spa can switch any rule to suggest-only or pause it at any time. We are not responsible for messages or bookings that follow settings the spa has approved.
Data ownership
The spa owns its business and client data. We use it only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. The spa can export its data while the account is active and before closure.
Plans and fees
Plan pricing is agreed before billing begins, based on locations and team size. Fees are billed per billing period in advance. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not send unsolicited or misleading messages to clients.
- Do not attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and may carry out maintenance, ideally outside typical spa hours. Features may be improved over time. Material changes that reduce core functionality will be communicated in advance.
Liability
The platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Suspension and termination
The spa can close its account at the end of any billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical. On closure, the spa can export its data before it is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala.
