Know you will run out before you do.
Link each service to what it uses: oil per massage, wax per session, towels per room turn. As bookings come in, stock is drawn down and restock dates are forecast from what is already on the calendar.
Consumption recipes for each treatment
Run-out dates from booked, not past, demand
Low-stock alerts at levels you choose
Stock that follows your appointment book.
Service recipes
Define what each service consumes, down to millilitres of oil or grams of wax. Recipes can differ by therapist or room where needed.
Automatic draw-down
Completed appointments reduce stock automatically, so the count in the system matches the shelf without manual tallies.
Booked-demand forecast
Upcoming bookings project when each item will run out, so a busy wedding week is planned for in advance.
Low-stock alerts
Set a threshold per item. Alerts arrive with enough lead time to reorder from your usual supplier.
Retail and back-bar
Keep products used in treatments separate from products sold to clients, with their own counts and alerts.
Stock counts
Run quick physical counts and see variance against expected usage, which helps spot waste early.
From a booking to a reorder reminder.
Recipes are set once
A 90 minute aromatherapy massage uses about 30 ml of oil and two towels.
Bookings draw down stock
Each completed session reduces stock. Upcoming sessions shape the forecast.
A threshold is crossed
Massage oil will last about three days at this week’s booking pace.
You reorder in time
The alert names the item, the run-out date and the quantity used last cycle.
Inventory rules stay in your hands.
- Set low-stock thresholds per item and per location
- Choose who receives alerts
- Adjust recipes at any time as products change
- Record manual adjustments with a reason
About Inventory & Supplies
Anything else, our team will answer on a walkthrough.
Do we have to set up every item on day one?
No. Most spas start with the ten or so items that cause the most trouble, usually oils, wax, linen and disposables, and add the rest over time.
Can it place orders with suppliers?
Alerts tell you what to reorder and when. Placing the order stays with you, so pricing and supplier relationships remain under your control.
How accurate is the forecast?
It is only as accurate as your recipes. Regular stock counts show variance, which helps you tune recipes quickly.
