Revenue

Per therapist, per service, per shift

Aggregate-first

Team trends before individual detail

Capabilities

Performance data that helps people, not polices them.

Utilization rate

The share of scheduled hours that were booked, per therapist and for the team. Low utilization is usually a scheduling problem, not a people problem.

Revenue per therapist

Service revenue attributed to each therapist, with the mix of services behind it, useful for fair commission and training plans.

Satisfaction trends

Ratings and rebooking rates over time, smoothed to show direction rather than reacting to single reviews.

Staffing by demand

See which days and hours consistently run full or idle, so rosters follow real demand.

Role-based visibility

Owners see everything, managers see their location, and therapists can see their own numbers if you choose.

Trend over snapshot

Every view defaults to a rolling window so one quiet week does not define anyone.

In practice

What a performance review looks like here.

01

Start with the team

Team utilization is 76% this month, up from 71%, with midday gaps on Tuesdays.

02

Find the pattern

Tuesday gaps concentrate on sports and reflexology slots between 12:00 and 15:00.

03

Act on the schedule

Shift one therapist to a later start and publish Tuesday walk-in slots.

04

Check the trend

Two weeks later, the same view shows whether the change worked.

Your controls

Visibility is configured, never assumed.

  • Decide who can see individual therapist figures
  • Share personal dashboards with therapists, or keep them private
  • Exclude training shifts and leave from utilization
  • Choose rolling windows for every metric
Questions

About Therapist Performance

Anything else, our team will answer on a walkthrough.

Can therapists see their own numbers?

Only if you enable it. Many spas share personal utilization and rebooking rates because they help therapists plan their own growth.

Does it track anything outside appointments?

No. Metrics come from the schedule, completed services and client feedback. There is no activity monitoring of staff devices.

How is revenue attributed when two therapists share a service?

Shared services such as four-hand massages can be split by the ratio you define.
